9) Claremont Avenue above Alvarado, in the area of Park District and Oakland eucalyptus removal in 2006. An area on the south edge of Claremont Avenue has for a long time been eaten away by erosion. Water from the roadway can probably be managed by an adequate curb being added to reduce further erosion.
