8) Grandview and Gravatt: Gravatt is regularly inundated by falling rocks and boulders from the South facing slope below the EBMUD water tank located at Drury and Besito. Further down Gravatt, vegetation, dirt and leaves have filled in the drainage along the inboard side of the road and as a result runoff misses the drain box at Vicente Creek. This problem continues down Grandview with the inboard concrete gutter being completely filled by debris from the steep slopes along lower Grandview. The Drain at Perth is typically blocked forcing a sludgy sheet of standing water, mud and rock to flow down and onto Vicente Road.
