7) Evergreen Path: The pipe along the path needs to be put underground. Sunset Trail: Sunset Trail is served only by a broken, clogged, open drainage ditch located on the eastern (uphill) side. It has been dammed in spots by recent concrete pours. Because of this, broken water mains, excessive garden watering and severe rains have brought flooding to the Oakland and Berkeley homes on lower Alvarado. This path needs better drainage.
