1) Westmoorland Drive: Uphill storm drains deposit water onto the property below, causing a serious erosion problem.
Sandbags are currently used in an attempt to direct the flow of water, but more sophisticated strategies are needed to reduce erosion
on this seasonal creek. At the very end of Westmoorland, drainage from Marlborough above has undermined homes and lots and
gouging a pit of some 8 feet in depth.
